Vinyasa Yoga

A strong and dynamic alignment and breath-focused movement class. Students will cultivate greater strength and flexibility and clear injuries in the physical body while calming the mind and nervous system. Sequencing is creative and empowering while allowing the students to be exactly where they need to be to achieve their optimal potential.



Hot Yoga

A strong infrared heated Hatha yoga practice emphasizing the traditional 26 postures of the Bikram Style of Yoga. This practice is a scientifically designed system for achieving and maintaining health and balance in your body, mind and spirit.



Power Yoga

A one hour lunchtime dynamic style of Vinyasa flow. Focusing on breath, alignment and initiating movement from the inner body (core) to energize and invigorate.

Gentle/Restorative Yoga with Meditation

A gentle and restorative class designed to help you release tension and stress to renew and recharge.
